Staying at Vivenda means a great choice of a magnificent location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean located on the outskirts of the city, but just minutes from the center of Funchal.

The Villa has a Junior Suite with a bathroom and jacuzzi. A large and comfortable room with a private bathroom. It offers two more large and spacious rooms, each with its own
Mezzanine, with full bathroom. The rooms are well furnished and decorated. Equipped with TV, Wireless, Radio, and individual heating.
All rooms have a view of the sea. With the possibility of having breakfast on the spacious veranda, offering in the evening the alternative of having a cocktail while watching a sumptuous sunset.
In the garden area, you can enjoy a delicious meal in the barbecue area that you can make yourself. It is also possible to enjoy the shade of the palm trees, in the company of a good book and listening to the birds chirping.
The Villa offers a pleasant swimming pool, as well as a lawn area with complete privacy. It is a real private and friendly solarium with permanent panoramic views over the sea and the wild islands. In the distance the sailing of the boats that pass there towards Porto of Funchal.
Due to the location of this excellent Villa, you will always have a constant and incredible landscape, located next to the “Charcas” area considered Zen area unique in the world. The famous statue of “Cristo Rei” at the local viewpoint, offers an excellent panoramic view over the Bay.
There is the possibility to use the new infrastructure, the Cable Car, a few meters from the house with the particularity of being able to swim in the warm sea at the bottom of the hill where the house is located.
Next to the sea, it has a beach complex with a local restaurant, renowned for its seafood rice and having a memorable lunch or romantic dinner by candlelight.
It is considered a magnificent place. The panoramic view over the Bay and the Port of Funchal at night is stunning, it looks like a Christmas crib due to the different colors of lights that illuminate the city of Funchal.
