Welcome to my apartment!

Modern furnished and minimally decorated, this 30m2 compact apartment is close to various top attractions in Porto such as Porto Walkers and FC Porto Museum. The Combatentes subway station is a 17-minute walk away from the apartment.

This apartment is designed with an open living room, bedroom and shower area. Featuring a single couch bed and a flat-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows. The bedroom comes with a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment should you need it.

The bathroom contains all the essentials such as toilet and shower with towels and free toiletries being provided for your convenience.

There is an elevator for your ease to go up and down the apartment meanwhile the kitchen and garden are shared with other tenants.

You may leave your luggage in the Welcome Center for free, while you keep enjoying the city!

The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
