maximum amount approved on the reservation must be approved in writing. To reiterate, DJs, Parties, Loud Music, Smoking inside are all expressly forbidden and grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund or return of deposit. In the event security is required during the guests stay due to any of the aforementioned reasons in this agreement it will be billed to clients at cost of $75.00 per hour per security and deducted from deposit.
