Located just steps to the beach and recently renovated. This wonderful three bedroom two bath house is located in a preferred area of Holmes Beach and offers tasteful, brand new furnishings throughout, new paint, updated bathrooms and flooring.
Two, spacious bedrooms are on the main ground floor living space. The large master suite encompasses the top floor with a private balcony.
The main floor offers an open floor plan and a well appointed kitchen. The living room area offers comfortable furnishings and a large, flat screen TV. There is a spacious screened porch to add to the entertaining space and to enjoy our beautiful, island weather .
