It accomodates 4 people, has two bedrooms (large double bed 180 cm and twin beds) with bath en-suite, plus a large shower room. Comfortable living room with a dining table and French windows leading to the terrace (25m²).

Front -:the apartment is located right by the communal pool (heated April-October) and garden.
Rear - across the road there is a safe children's play area, tennis courts and a football pitch.
