Important Information & Payment Policy for Guests
1. Utility Charges (Electricity and Water Based on Meter Readings)
Electricity: Charged based on actual usage at a rate of 6 THB per kilowatt-hour (kWh).
Water: Charged based on actual usage at a rate of 25 THB per cubic meter (m³).
Payment Method: Utility usage will be calculated at the end of your stay. Guests are required to settle these charges upon check-out after the final meter readings are taken.
2. Security Deposit for Property Damages
A security deposit of 5,000 THB is required upon check-in. This is a refundable deposit that will be returned to you at check-out, provided no damages have occurred and all utility bills are settled.
3. Security Deposit for Guests with Pets
If you are bringing pets, an additional security deposit of 5,000 THB is required at check-in. This deposit is also refundable upon check-out, subject to the same terms as above.
Note: The refund of the deposit depends on the condition of the property upon check-out. If damages are found or the property is not returned in its original condition, deductions may be made accordingly.

1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time: Between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. A valid ID card or passport must be presented for verification.
Check-out time: Between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
2. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
3. Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed in the booking are allowed to stay at the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted to stay overnight.
4. Responsible Use of Amenities
Please treat the home and its amenities with care. Any damages to furniture or equipment will result in additional charges.
5. Quiet Hours
Please avoid loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
6. Prohibited Appliances and Equipment
Do not use any unsafe or unapproved electrical devices, such as grills, gas stoves, or cooking appliances not provided by the property.
7. Property Damage
Any form of scratching, breaking, or damaging furniture or items in the house is strictly prohibited. Charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.
8. No Drugs or Illegal Activities
The use of illegal substances or any unlawful activities on the premises is strictly prohibited
