Summary: Me and my two sons were living in the apartment for 12 days in july 2017 in the area of Patong. There was 100 meter to the ocean and several restaurants and several small street food take away eating the food and just sit by the beach and look over the ocean. There was about 1,5 km to Patong and the great Beach were to you could walk to or get a taxi from the reception or from the street. The apartment was light and great with everything you may need. The balcon also with good space and the fantastic view over the sea and also view over moutains to the left. Also a great pool. Our host Jeremy was very helpfull and friendly. So we can absolute recommend to stay there. We were twice on a restaurant named Da Maurizio Bar Ristorante with great food and very god service and a nice view over stones in the water with spots on about 1.4 km from the appartment.
