Included for safety: removable child safety pool fence if needed, stainless steel pool entry handrail, dual shower grab bars in all shower/bathrooms, smoke detectors in all rooms, carbon monoxide detectors and professionally cleaned and maintained, Security cameras, Hair Dryers in all bathrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of dish-ware, casual ceramic dining ware, glassware, silverware, stemware, cookware, filtered water/ice maker, coffee maker with stocked coffee, and new toaster, tea kettle, new pots/pans, quality kitchen knives, and all commonly used cooking and serving utensils.
The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March stays). A child pool safety fence is provided for your safety and peace of mind.
