Newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath vacation home with a pool. Backyard has a large pond! Welcome to your oasis located in the beautiful Countryway community. Countryway offers many amenities including nearby golf courses and other park and recreational facilities for young and old. It is near a Y.M.C.A. and the Upper Tampa Bay Trail with more than seven miles of biking, skating, jogging, walking, and other outdoor activities in quiet, scenic surroundings.

4 bedrooms including 1 King sized bed, 3 queen sized beds to sleep a total of 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for all of your cooking needs. The bathrooms offer the essentials- towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a bbq and pool chairs making for a fun pool day in the backyard.

Please note the pool is NOT HEATED

Guests have the entire 4 bedroom single-family home to themselves. The only exception would be the locked closest for Owners private use. Guest will have access to washer and dryer inside the garage. Guests can also use the garage to park 2 cars. We will provide a code for keyless entry a few days prior to arrival.

Summary: We really enjoyed your property. It was very spacious and clean. The property has a warm environment for family and friends. The community and the view of the lake is amazing. Overall, it was one of the nices properties we have used and we wish we could have booked a longer stay.
