This cozy house is located a block from Lake Forrest, minutes from Ft Jackson and a large shopping center off Forest Dr. The house itself features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, deck off the rear of the home, and massive fenced in back yard. Surrounded by beautiful trees, this house will have you feeling like you are on a beautiful weekend getaway to the lake, which is only a block away (Lake Forrest).
The Space:
The entire house is fully furnished and an comfortably sleep 8. There are three bedrooms with a king bed, full bed, two twin beds, plus two futons in the living room. The kitchen is packed with all the essential cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes you name it! Enjoy our comfortable memory foam beds, and all the amenities of a hotel, without the hotel price or generic stay. This is our house and YOUR home!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

NOTE REGARDING LAKE FORREST:no access to that lake besides for the people that actually live there around the lake! If they want access to water they would have to go to one of the rivers or lake Murray! They can actually call Carolina adventure and rent kayaks into tubes for one of the rivers or they can go to lake Murray and rent a boat for the day! As for the lake by the house it is not accessible unless you live on it!

Easily found using any GPS; can use uber and lyft easily.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
