Summary: We absolutely loved at our stay at this idyllic property, it was the perfect antidote to our very hectic and hot tour of Portugal. Didn't meet Irene, but Maria who looks after the property is a delight, so kind and helpful, even turning up on our doorstep with a lovely bottle of wine!My only comment would be that an information file about the property and area would have been useful, and maybe a guest comment book so people can share their special finds, restaurants etc.I always think you can tell a place is going to be good when they have nice wine glasses and lovely crockery. Irene's place has both!!!
