This property is in a prime location and offers wonderful sea views. It is located a short walk from restaurants, supermarkets ‘Apolónia’ and ‘Oceanos’, as well as the award-winning and wonderful Galé and Salgados beaches, less than 200 metres away.
The village offers numerous amenities to cater to the whole family, such as beach accessories for the family and especially the little ones.
The possibilities are almost endless, from long walks on the beach, passing by the Salgados lagoon, enjoying the pink flamingos, as well as a number of unique birds from the Salgados nature reserve lagoon. Go horse riding or cycling.

The space
The living/dining area is an open space. (see photos)
A fully equipped kitchen (which leads directly to the barbecue area) with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc in fact, everything you would expect.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor.
N1. Twin bedroom with two single beds (90x200).
N2. Double bedroom with a 180x200 double bed and bathroom with shower tray.
First floor:
N3. Twin bedroom with two single beds (90x200) with private bathroom with shower tray.
N4. Master bedroom with 180x200 bed with private bathroom with bath and shower column and a private area for the couple.
In the twin bedrooms, the beds can be pushed together or separated as seen in the photos.
All bedrooms have hairdryers.
Outside, there is a 4m x 9m swimming pool which can be heated if required for €250 per week. This is surrounded by a terrace and lawn, with a large table and chairs for outdoor dining and sun loungers.
There is also a barbecue area and work surfaces on one side, just outside the kitchen.
