Welcome to our stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath home! Located near shops and restaurants. The house itself is full of improvements such as 1 Master suite, pool, AC, free Wi-Fi internet and much more! Ideal for family vacations with easy access to many places!, just 15 minutes from all Disney.
This house is located in a fantastic area close to some the incredible Premium Outlets of Orlando, where you can enjoy the shopping experience.
The space
HOUSEKEEPING: Clean sheets, pool, and bathroom towels are provided. Note that there is no daily housekeeping service. Please leave any used towels in the laundry room.

PROVIDED SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the house: Toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing capsules, sponge, dish detergent, hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, blender, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, plates, and cups.
No additional supplies are provided.

POOL HEATING: The house has a private heated pool when requested, the pool can be heated for an extra charge. The pool takes about a minimum of 6 hours to warm up, so a 24-hour notice period is necessary.

• No diving, no running, or horseplay in the pool is allowed.

• Do not leave children unattended, they must be supervised at all times by an adult.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. If possible, we will make an effort to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out; please contact us regarding availability no sooner than two days before your arrival/departure. If you check out late without authorization, you will be charged $60 per hour. This does not grant you possession of the property; rather, it is a punishment imposed for delaying our future guests and preventing our housekeeping personnel from performing their duties.
After 6 hours in the house, if the guest decides that no longer wants to stay in the property no refund will be granted.
If the house is either damaged or filthy beyond what is reasonable, an extra $150 cleaning fee

Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size.

WILDLIFE (INSECTS)
Florida is well-known for having a diverse range of insects and small lizards. Despite this, you should expect to see them periodically because they can enter the property via open doors or the previous guest's shopping bags or luggage.
Please clean up food crumbs and debris daily to avoid attracting any insects and lizards into the house. Please keep doors closed and windows at all times.
Please do not leave waste bags outside the garbage bins; we have a lot of raccoons and other wild creatures that may get into the rubbish.

TRASH PICKUP: Please do NOT leave garbage bags outside of garbage bins, our garbage company does NOT pick up any loose items, only bins.

OUR REQUESTS:
1. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
2. Please no glassware near the pool.
3. Turn off lights and lock doors when leaving.
4. Keep windows and doors closed at all times, especially when air conditioning is on.

There is only enough parking space in the driveway for two cars; parking on the grass and sidewalks is not permitted at all times, and overnight street parking is prohibited (per association regulations). Summary: The rental was clean. It was spacious. It was fine. But it was just that. The tv in the master bedroom did not work. The picture is barely there. There wasn’t a tv in the other large bedroom. The batteries in ALL smoke detectors were dead. So the beeping went on until we removed them. There were just little details that could have made the place better. Taking the stock photo from the picture frames on the wall or fixing the trim instead of applying duct tape. Paint on the ceiling from sloppy paint job. The neighbors 2 doors down were having roof repairs and the workers began at 7am. This is not the fault of the owner of my rental but an issue that they might want to address for future reference.
