This is a renovated apartment, with simple and modern decoration, situated on the top 5th floor of a building with a lift located in Garajau, located on a hill that enhances a magnificent sea view. This is a T2 property, which has two bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed and another one with an ensuite bathroom with a single bed convertible into a large double bed. The living room has cable smart TV, a comfortable sofa bed (can sleep 2 children or one adult), a dining table and a nice balcony with an unrestricted view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. This property has a maximum capacity of 5 people.

The Garajau area is known for its peacefulness and proximity to the sea. Situated between Funchal and the airport, it has various services and restaurants close to the property. Renting a car at the airport can be a good option to discover the island at your own pace. Moreover, there is a car rental office (8 minutes walking distance) in Garajau as well.
