For entertainment, the main house is equipped with 9 TVs, and the guest apartment has 2 more, including access to German TV channels.
On the first floor, you’ll find a gourmet kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar, a dining area that seats up to 12, a modern lounge with TV, and a comfortable living area with a vintage wood-burning fireplace (decorative only). There’s also a small dining nook, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The upper floor, accessible via a freestanding wooden staircase, includes a master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, an office with a glass floor, and a game room with a pool table, bar, and TV. The master suite opens onto an 80 sq ft, balcony that runs the length of the house, with seating and loungers available.
The expansive 200 sq ft, south-facing terrace is the perfect place to unwind, complete with a comfortable seating area, panoramic screen, and beautiful views of the surrounding nature.
