You'll be happy about that when you're lugging in all your stuff. Sand Dollar is unique in that it has a distinct old-school Pensacola Beach feel; totally peaceful and calm. You are a short walk to the Boardwalk and many restaurants and bars. Right around the corner is the spot you can rent boards and kayaks. The condo is located on Little Sabine, so bring your fishing poles or kayaks and enjoy the inlet.
The condo is stocked with everything you might need to feel at home, from kitchen gear to beach chairs and towels. In the living room, the sectional w/chaise opens up into a comfy queen-sized sleeper. See the water from the chaise and enjoy the 55 " 4k Smart TV as you lounge after a long day at the beach. The bedroom boasts a beautiful queen-sized bedroom set with a comfy pillow top mattresses and pillows as well as a 50” 4k Smart TV. There is space for 2 to eat at the bar in the kitchen, which is fully stocked with all the things you need to cook at home when you're worn out from all the fun. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The patio door off the living room opens on to the inner courtyard, where you have a lovely view of Little Sabine, great for paddling and kayaking, & where you can eat your meals outside. There is also a grill for all you foodies who love to make your own burgers!
Coastal Cove is directly across the street from the Gulf; it's a quick and easy walk! (I'm talking like 5 minutes!) PS This is the prime spot to watch our lovely Blue Angels do their show! There is also a trolley stop across the street. The trolley takes you all over the island for free! (There's even an app.) This condo rocks, not only for its vibe, but for its location! You can walk to the Boardwalk, Casino Beach, or the Pavilion, where every Tuesday night you can listen to Bands on the Beach from spring to fall! The condo comes with a washer and dryer, so no packing up those dirty clothes. If you decide to come out, I hope that you are happy and tired when you leave and dreaming about how soon you can come back.
**Sand Dollar Condominiums is undergoing various beautifying projects (painting, some landscaping) that should be finished soon. The inside of the condo is untouched and looks exactly as pictured!
