Beautiful beach villa in the pine trees located in the Peninsula of Troia, 12 km from Comporta village, only a few minutes walk from a wonderful 13km white sand beach. This house is ideal for a relaxing break with family as it can house up to 12 people (Max 10 adults, from 12 y.old = adult). It has a private and direct access to the beach via a lovely path in the pine trees (no street to cross).

A large terrace deck sits in between the two houses and features a beautiful swimming pool (14m x 3.5m) from where you can enjoy a lovely view of the pine trees in total privacy.
Location:
The house is located in a secured resort with 2 restaurants, a beach club, tennis and paddle courts, a gym, a sauna, a heated indoor swimming pool and bike rentals.
It is 5 min by car to a 18 holes golf court, 15 min away from the nice shops and restaurants of Comporta village and 1h15 away from beautiful Lisbon.

- Please note that unfortunately, no dogs are allowed.
- We highly recommend the use of a car (free parking for up to 3 cars available right in front of the house).
- Extra services (such as chef and/or every day cleaning) are available upon request.
