The main level one floor above has the kitchen, living and dining area as well as one bedroom with a private bath and a half bath to service the living area. The laundry room is located off the kitchen. There is a deck which runs the entire length of the south side of this level - this is where the grill is located. Upstairs you will find the master suite which includes a master bath and private Gulf facing balcony. There is also a 2nd bedroom on this level with a private bath and large window overlooking the living area. The pool and tennis court, which are located in the center of the development, complete this pristine vacation property.
