Most lakes have public boat ramps and most are free to the public. Spend a beautiful and peaceful vacation with entire house plus washer/ dryer to enjoy. High end neighborhood is very safe. Bring your boat or kayak or just spend a week or two relaxing. Venture into town for antique/thrift shops galore. Home is centrally located: 1 hour to Punta Gorda and Fort Myers; 1hour 30 min from Disney World; under 2 hours to Tampa; minutes from Sebring. Living room has 55" flat screen TV. Master Bedroom has queen size bed/bathroom/ 32" flat screen TV. Second bedroom also has queen. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds with plenty of room to play or relax. Screened- in back porch is ideal for sunset enjoyment. Home will accommodate 6 comfortably.
