Forget your worries in this very spacious and serene space. The villa has fantastic views over a Lake, and Black Mountain Golf Course and Black Mountain itself. Modern and huge space with a wonderful garden, expansive roof terrace, and a pond with a waterfall.
There is a covered BBQ pit next to the swimming pool. The garden is over 2,000 sq m and has many fruit trees and guests are welcome to taste the bananas, and mangos if they are in season. The roof terrace above the main house is huge and great to watch sunsets from. There is a small control room at the end of the main house that contains pumps, electrics, and other property functional equipment, there should be no need to enter this room.
There is an additional building that has a small ensuite bedroom on the ground floor and is not used but it can be made available for rental upon request. Also on the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine that can be used. The other ground-floor room is a storage facility and there is a separate upstairs room that is not included in the rental but may be occupied by the property manager from time to time, this is not included in the rental.
Please note the swimming pool is maintained twice per week, usually on a Tuesday and Friday mornings.
