Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Communication with the host was excellent. They were very communicative and professional. The house has parking space for a car, which is a plus. It may feel a bit cold during the winter (December), but it is perfectly equipped to deal with this. It has a heater as well as a dehumidifier to reduce indoor humidity. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all areas are very clean.

Negative: The location is not exactly in Puerto Moniz; it is on a hill, which we were not aware of. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

Summary: Cozy local house, clean and perfectly equipped!
