The property has large green areas surrounding the properties, as well as a beautiful organic vegetable garden tended by D. Fátima, who takes care of the large variety of aromatic herbs available.
To complete the good outdoor spaces, the property has a wonderful shared pool with infinity ocean views and a hot tub where you can take your anti-stress bath in comfort.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
The house is located in the southwestern part of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Nearby you will find a small grocery store where you can do some shopping. The house is 6 minutes away from the center of Ponta do Sol. Here you will find several restaurants, coffee shops and a few stores. In the municipality of Ribeira Brava, which is a 10-minute drive from the property, you will find supermarkets and some local shops.
The airport is 40 minutes away by car and the city of Funchal 20 minutes away.
TRANSPORT
The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

- All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties.

Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
