Positive: The house is big and was great for our group of 6. Big kitchen, big back yard, comfortable beds.

Negative: If you are sensitive to noise, the road can be an issue. I slept on the second floor to be away from the road so it was fine. There are 2 rooms close to the road and 3 away from it. There are many fans in the house to it can help reduce the noise if you want.
