Summary: Nice little space. Great patio, however, need to fix the clogged drain in the shower as you can't take more than a 2-minute shower without fear of flooding. Taller people, watch out as you'll probably hit your head a lot on the slanted ceilings. Otherwise, an adequate little studio apartment.
