Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The place is beautiful, the house is located in a valley surrounded by an amazing forest and close to a small river. The house itself is rustic and properly represents buildings from that time. Very good building renewal. The house is most likely OK for the summer.

Negative: The house is not OK for the winter. Neither the photos nor the description shows a simple fact: there are 3 buildings (a kitchen, an external bathroom, a living room/2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom). There is no internal physical connection among the 3 buildings, so you need to go out into the cold to go from the living room to the bedroom, from the kitchen to the living room, etc ... . Also, the fireplace in the kitchen does not remove the smoke properly, so you have to keep the door or the widow opened, in cold weather ... Should that be described properly, the customer could come preprepared with clothes..
