Positive: Really scenic and welcoming atmosphere with super friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were great and the location was superb/ breathtaking. Buggy service was helpful considering huge layout of area.

Negative: No prior information at time of booking about additional 30 minute boat to accomodation and the cost for that to account for - very pricey (not accessible by land - this is a huge thing to mention prior). Accomodation sent a message via chat after accomodation was paid for to mention that and the associated cost being 1400 baht (this should be included given no prior warning and the level of hotel/room booked). We booked elsewhere upon arriving to tonsai pier as we were unaware and it had to be organised prior. Also when we tried to book one back to the pier the day before checking out they said that the cost would be 1500 baht even though they had messaged 1400 to us. This really diminished the overall experience and value for what we received. We also ordered room service with two desserts and a bucket of ice as the in-room fridge was cupboard temperature (our drinks inside were literally warm despite being in overnight), and the two desserts came melted and unappealing and the ice was missed. Upon asking for the ice another 2 times it finally arrived about 30-40 minutes later.
