This charming, family-friendly A-Frame located on the west end of PCB has a complete outdoor living space that can be enjoyed year-round! Also included, is a golf cart perfect for this golf cart-friendly community! In the main house, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a loft upstairs with two twins for the kids, a family area (including couches, tv, dining table, kitchen with full refrigerator), and a bathroom with a shower. Outdoor living includes a kitchen with propane gas burners and a grill, a dining table, a television, and patio access to a bunkhouse. The bunkhouse is equipped with a refrigerator, pantry, clothes washer and dryer, and a bathroom with a shower. The outdoor living space also includes ceiling fans for warm days and 2 infrared heaters for cool days. The backyard is completely fenced in for privacy with a gate, and it has an enclosed outdoor shower and a fire pit. There is public beach access (#84) that is approximately a 1/4 mile away and can be easily walked in 7 minutes.
