Positive: Very clean, centrally located (20-30mins from airport, walking distance to attractions, and public transportation stops nearby), felt safe. The team was very responsive to any questions I asked in the chat. It is up on the 3rd floor with no elevator is one thing to note for people with accessibility limitations. Inside it is so cozy and really feels like a home. I would stay here again next time I’m in Lisbon!
