Positive: The apartment is huge. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable and things look very much like the photos. We were two couples travelling and the layout of this unit was fantastic for this. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. The Queen bedroom is very spacious and is on one end of the apartment with its own bathroom. This bedroom looks down to an inner courtyard. On the other end of the apartment there are two bedrooms - the double room with its own full bathroom (small standup shower) and another bedroom with two singles that is across from a third full bathroom w/ tub. These two bedrooms have a "view" to the street. Unfortunately there is construction work being done so the building has a mesh wrap and you cannot see the street/view to the river. When the work is completed it will be a fantastic view (we have stayed at a building across the street). The area between the bedrooms are the kitchen and living/dining so as separate couples each group feels like they have very good privacy. There is still some work being done inside the building (looks like it's nearing completion) but we were never disturbed or saw workers while there - we were out during business hours. The apartment has good windows and shutters so it is very quiet at night. All of the rooms have heaters. The kitchen looks fully equipped but we only made coffee and occasionally used the microwave. The host was very responsive and check-in was easy. All parties in our group felt we would stay here again. The location is fantastic as it is a very short walk to Baixa-Chiado station, everything you could need and of course about 3 mins from Manteigaria (quick server counter) where you can grab a Pastel before you hop on the tram/metro. There is parking lot a few buildings over from the apartment that takes oversized (SUV) vehicles and the bigger lot near Baixa-Chiado station less than 5min walk. We really loved this apartment.

Summary: Wonderful spacious and modern unit in a fantastic location for food, tram and metro.
