Positive: From the first moment we walked through the door we received such friendly and kind service. The ladies at the front desk were so nice! We loved big spacious clean room and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. This will be the place that we stay whenever we come to come to Glenwood Springs from now on.

Negative: I didn't like that the pool was across the street at the other hotel, but we were happy and thankful that it was available for us to use.

Summary: Best experience in Glenwood Springs so far.
