Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The house was beautifully designed, very clean, and in a great location. The kitchen was well equipped, and overall it felt like a comfortable and stylish place to stay.

Negative: One of the beds had a broken, squeaky metal frame and couldn’t be used. We had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for several nights. Although the host acknowledged the issue and promised a refund, it took over a week and multiple follow-ups before we received it. Communication was slow and disappointing.

Summary: Beautiful apartment, but poor handling of a serious issue during our stay.
