2 Bedroom Cottage in Quelfes, Olhão
Quinta dos Cochichos was a local farm, built back in 1917. The houses have been totally renovated, some being used as various accommodation units: 2 apartments , 2 duplexes and a studio, spread into 5 different and separated houses. There are other smaller buildings inside the property, these being used as support to the activity.
The farm is set in about 4 acres, surround by almond, fig, carob and olive trees. We have also developed other fruit trees including some tropical.
All units are different and named after a typical fruit from the Algarve: Carob House, Fig House, Loquat House, Olive House and Almond House.
THE FIG HOUSE (Casa do Figo)
Very nice apartment on the ground floor of a country house with 65 m2. For 4 adults + 2 children on separate sofa beds in the living room. Children under 6 years of age stay for free.
Private terrace (9 m2), with barbecue, tables and chairs.
Two double bedrooms with wardrobes.
Double bed (200x180cm) in each room, or if requested, 2 single beds (200x90 cm) in each room.
The apartments and houses are well equipped with kitchen / kitchenette, where you can prepare your own meals. Each house has access to a private terrace overlooking the garden and fields.
The living room area features a flat-screen TV with 120 channels and 2 bathrooms including each a shower, complimentary toiletries and towels.
Baby bed and other free items are available upon request.
You may enjoy an outdoor pool and a sauna during winter time, as well as free Wi-Fi and secured parking inside the property.
Families and groups may enjoy the boule pitch or the giant trampolin available. There is a playground and a small kid’s house with toys and a sand box for the little ones.
