Pool and Spa (Hot Tub) heat available for $35 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Pool to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

The cost of cleaning the barbecue is $ 50 for the entire stay. Propane is not included, there is a tank on the property that you can refill.

Our professional laundry service works with the commitment perform a high temperature wash located at an industrial high-valued 5-star laundry facility that is not only well known in the market but also used by other major companies such as Disney World Resorts and top-ranking hotels with the objective exterminate any bacteria on every linen, bed sheet and pillow case, all being delivered wrapped and sealed awaiting to be opened by our maids. The same standard applies with the wash and delivery of brand new and ironed towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels. which are provided accordingly with the capacity of guests for the home.

The House is Self-Catering and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags), Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

PACKAGES DELIVERY
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER:
• POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL(THIRD PART SERVICE) and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $35 per night (can only be added for the entire stay).
• Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with wheather near freezing temperatures.

• It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $20 connection fee.

• The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection is everyday during the morning time, please in case of need place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES: We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outrage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
