Summary: The host was very responsive and the house very clean. The challenges posed were the position of the toilet in the bathroom (knees almost touching the shower door) and the loud partying on the dock in the cove, and in the neighborhood which lasted until close to midnight. Since we were just there one night, we were disappointed about that. When we walked down to the shore to the left of the dock, the view was beautiful.
