Positive: Fantastic service, very helpful staff and fast communication via Booking.com messaging service, clean hotel and room. The building seems to be new (we stayed in July 2025) and is clean. Free shuttle bus from and to the airport is a brilliant bonus (big car fitted without any problem all our luggages 3 x 29 inch suitcases plus 3 x hand luggage). This hotel offers rooms with 2 double beds in one room and this was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel for our family. Complementary soap and shampoo in the bathroom was also a really a nice touch, especially during our short stay before our flight, so we didn't have to unpack our suitcases. But there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The room is spacious, very basic and with tiny bathroom, very hard spring mattresses, no table/chairs, no wardrobe, but enough for 1 night's stay. There is no lift in the building, but the staff carried our suitcases to our room on the 1st floor (room number 6 with little balcony). Coffee and kettle in the room. The location of this hotel is not very central, therefore not many restaurants and shops around, but close to the airport. However 7/11 and Mini Big C shops are just on the corner, there is also a pharmacy and local medical clinic very close. I found about 3 Thai restaurants serving That food and a few street food places to eat Thai food in a close distance. The car rental shop is next to the hotel. We didn't have the opportunity to explore the area, as we only stayed 1 night at this hotel while waiting for our flight to Europe, but we were very happy with the service and communication was excellent, especially while booking the pick-up service to collect us from the airport. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Good value for money. Highly recommend for a short stay

Negative: Very hard mattresses, which should be changed immediately, if this hotel wants to receive good feedback from happy customers. Or buy a very comfortable, very thick mattress toppers. Kitchen tap in the bathroom sink should be changed to an appropriate bathroom tap. The water splashes all over, as the tap is about 50 centimeters high from a small sink. Also there is no table and chairs and no wardrobe in the room. It wasn't any problem to stay one night, but would be nice to have a wardrobe while staying for a few days. Just a little comment to make this room even better 😉. Everything else was really good.

Summary: Excellent service and very attentive staff, clean hotel.
