Positive: The appartment is roomy and functionally well equipped and the ladies managing are attentive.

Negative: There's a general lack of maintenance. Things seem to be maintained only as they break down. When we arrived, we need to wait for the balcony door to be repaired since it would not close. The first time we went out, we could not get back in because the front door lock would not open. It needed to be replaced during our stay. And then we have more lack of maintenance in that the kitchen sink faucet is almost loose and the stuff on the balcony is in pretty bad shape. On top of that, the building is in a shabby state (since i think it's mainly unoccupied) and in the bathroom you can hear the noise from the cafe downstairs. Another important downside is that the building is just next to the train tracks. The windows have reasonable insulation, but you can hear the daily first train at around 7h30.

Summary: I would not recommend this appartment for a holiday stay.
