Summary: Was disappointed that the floors were dirty, with visible food crumbs everywhere. Area rugs also had noticeable stains. The pool area wasn’t clean as there were old pieces of tortilla chips around the table. The pool had lots of black bits in it. We were still able to use it but you needed to skim it a lot. The white sheets around the pool are mildewed. Property managers offered to come clean floors when I messaged but I didn’t really want to deal with that so I just cleaned up myself. The house is fine for somewhere to stay but if you plan on cooking that may be an issue. There is lots of barware, two toasters and any way you need to make coffee or tea but no baking sheets or mixing bowls of any sort. There is one giant roasting pan for the oven and that was it for bakeware. The master bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in though. The master shower could also use a shower caddy or something to hang in there so you don’t have to set all of your shampoo on the floor. You also struggled to see the tv in the living room due to it being under a window with no curtain if it was daylight out.
