Welcome to the Mermaids Cove
Located in Edgewater FL right next to New Smyrna Beach and a short car ride along the intra-coastal waterways to the beach.
There is a Public Boat Launch under 5 mins away! Plenty of room to park trailer and boat. Great fishing or just sight seeing for Dolphins and Manatees.
The salt river has it all even restaurants to dock at. :0)

This new rental located in Edgewater, Florida borders New Smyrna Beach.
It has been lovingly renovated & amazingly decorated. Starting with the living room with 2 couches, 2 nice big comfy armchairs and ottomans, a Large flat screen TV, beautiful stoned front fireplace and a large open full kitchen, a nice size dining table that has a view to the high vaulted ceilings with skylights for plenty of natural light.
The sliding glass doors opens up to the landscaped back of the home which has a section fenced in in case you would like to bring your 4 legged kid with you. It also has a nice outside dining area with a grill. The garage is 2 car and also has a wash machine and dryer.

3 bedrooms, The master has an en-suite bath with tub and shower and a kingsize bed, Flat screen TV, dresser the second bedroom has a queen bed the full bath is located in the hallway between the next bedroom with 2 twin beds, dressers in both bedrooms.

A short ride to New Smyrna Beach, Florida. A barrier Island with 13 miles of pristine white, sandy beach, It is so beautiful that 2 national parks embrace us to the North and South. Canaveral National Seashore, and Smyrna Dunes Park.
The Island and the adjacent waterways including Edgewater offer a blend of over 310 birds and wildlife like West Indian Manatees. They raise their calves in Manatee Cove right here in NSB. Dolphins that have even had movies made about them "Dolphin Tale" and endangered loggerhead and leatherback Sea Turtles.

Fishing is number one in this area along with every type of water sport your heart could desire.
Edgewater has some great restaurants and a beautiful river walk and offers great fishing & Eco Tours.
New Smyrna Beach has many nice restaurants also plus special events
From wine walks, to art festivals, food trucks, oldie car meetings with farmers' market every Sat. On Canal street and much more.
We are the closest beach to all the parks in Orlando under an hour drive.
We also are close and central to St.. Augustine with a smaller Dolphin Center , called Marineland, Titusville Kennedy space Center all under an hour ride away..Great for day trips New Smyrna Beach has a doggy

Summary: Everything was great from check in to check out. Cindy was amazing w any questions that came up. It’s a great location w easy access to 95 and food locations. The only place I found that we should have avoided was an eatery I think was called Kathy’s. I had a horrible breakfast soaked in butter. I had hash browns literally floating in butter. Whatever you need is close by. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. It worked out great with my 92 y/o mother as there’s no stairs. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Cindy for everything!
