Summary: We really enjoyed the home, a typical Federal-style small house, with a fireplace in almost every room, although none of them were functional. The period furniture was nice, as was the double porch. We watched fireworks from the second floor (the night before Memorial Day). When we return to Beaufort, we will try to stay here. The stairs are very narrow, but sturdy.
