In addition, your own neighborhood pool is across the street. Fun and relaxation are awaiting. Centrally located between Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing Square, plus so close to the new Edna's on the Green you will never want to miss music under the oaks or an afternoon hike.
The Villa comes with a 2-seater golf car and access to all Village Amenities. Those amenities include access to 42 golf courses, more than 60 swimming pools and in excess of 3,000 activities and clubs. Also included with the villa is a 65" Samsung Smart TV , cable and high speed internet. Beside being stocked with kitchen equipment it is also fully equipped with hair dryer, curling iron, washer and dryer, beach towels and most household consumables to start your vacation just to name a few.
