Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Swimming pool, bed, shower, air conditioning.

Negative: Service is not acceptable. During the checking in we found apartment dirty, toilet sink water was leaking, refrigerator freezer was full of ice. There were no cleaning facilities - we can not clean after ourselves. There were not sweeping brush, cleaning clothes. Internet was not working inside whole our stay. First day we spent whole day with cleaners and maintenance workers. Second day after defrosting of refrigerator freezer we were removing water from floor. For fixing internet owner wanted us to be inside half day, but we had another plans. Furniture is quite old and need repair or replacement. During our stay we killed 5 coackroaches. For compensation of our unconvinience, owner pay back only 900 baths, but better all be ok. The apartment size can not be 38sq.m as it was declared - it is max 33 including balcony. I do not want to tell that all apartments in that condo are the same. I think a lot depend of owner. Possible other rooms were much better. Our room was 406.
