Summary: The staff is always great. We usually love staying here but this time there was a hair in the pillow case that wasn't mine and the pillows smelled horrible and smelled like mold or mildew. We had a lukewarm shower. The people in the next room were really loud. The last we stayed the shower sit had mold on it and smelled like pee. I am highly allergic to mold. Also both times we had a issue with the ac/ heat making a very loud sound. We are very disappointed because we loving staying here.
