This is a recently remodeled beautiful house with a well-manicured lawn with 145' of seawall on a navigable canal for bay boats, and shallow water drafting vessels with no obstructions and no low overhead bridges that leads to the Gulf of Mexico and Kings Bay via Crystal River. Excellent location in Crystal River Preserve State Park just off Fort Island Trail that is a short boat ride to scallop waters, world-famous flats fishing and numerous world-famous freshwater springs. Enjoy kayaking (3 kayaks provided including one 2-person kayak), swimming with the manatees, fishing, exploring, wildlife viewing, snorkeling and diving. We have caught snook, snapper, trout and small tarpon and numerous other species of fish on our seawall and floating dock. A biking and walking trail are less than a quarter mile away. The only beach in the area is just a 5-minute drive. This vacation house has a brand-new fully equipped kitchen (granite tops), and a remodeled bathrooms. The home is built with a split floor plan, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a comfortable king-size bed & the second bedroom has two bunk beds (great for the kids), the top bunks are twin-size with full-size bottom bunks suitable for adults. The home sleeps 6 comfortably. The central air conditioning is newer and keeps the house very cool in the summer months. The living room has a brand new 65' HD Smart TV (numerous movies, music and tv stations including Net Flix, Amazon, FUBO with local and national stations) and a bumper pool/card table. We also offer high speed internet/WIFI. Enjoy a large screened-in back porch with a tiki-bar, rope-lighting for a great ambience at night with very comfortable newer outdoor furniture and a gas-grill. Spend your evenings around the fire pit with plenty of chairs for all to enjoy. Floating dock for your boat including filet board, electric and fresh water, the boat ramp is just minutes away. We provide a Keurig Coffee Maker stocked with a variety of individual coffees, teas, sugar and creamers for your enjoyment. Also, we have a brand-new washer and dryer for your convenience.
