Our beautiful spacious 4 bedroom home is situated in the quiet ,relaxing and secure community of The Sanctuary at Westhaven , Davenport ,Orlando, Florida just 15 minutes from Disney
The Sanctuary is a Gated Community situated between the I4 and US27 providing easy access to all sorts of attractions , golf, shopping and dining.
After a long day at the parks sit and relax by your very own private fully screened pool and covered lanai area complete with ceiling fan and luxury table, chairs and loungers . The pool faces south east with full sun exposure for the majority of the day. Should you need to escape from the sunshine you’ll find a games room , complete with 7’ pool table and full size table tennis table.
Inside, the home is fully equipped with all the amenities for cooking a family meal or simply grabbing a quick snack. The kitchen comes complete with stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer complete with ice maker, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker, and all the cutlery, utensils, and dishes you need. An enclosed utility space complete with a large washer, dryer,and iron and ironing board is included.
A formal dining area is available which comfortably seats 6, and additional seating is available via barstools at the breakfast bar making it possible for 10 of you to eat a meal together.
The living area has beautiful modern furnishings with a stunning view over the pool and the open space at the rear of the property with all the amenities you need to relax and unwind including 40” flat screen TV complete with 210 channels, a DVD player, and free wireless internet throughout the home.
Sleeping accommodation is perfect for one or two families . There are two large master bedrooms on the right side of the home each with their own American king size beds, 26” flat screen TV’s with 74 channels , and large en suite bathrooms consisting of a huge garden bath, large walk in shower and twin basin/vanity units each complete with a plentiful supply of towels.
The common living area and kitchen separates Bedrooms 3 & 4 on the left side of the home which both include 19” flat screen TV’s with 74 channels, two twin beds, and a dresser and wardrobe. These bedrooms share a bathroom which comes complete with bath with shower and basin/vanity unit. Towels are all provided.
If you enjoy golfing we’re only 1 mile from Champions Gate 18 hole PGA Championship, Greg Norman designed golf course and 1.5miles from Reunion with a choice of 3 18hole championship courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus. In the opposite direction you’re within easy reach of the Highlands reserve golf club on the US27 and many other courses are available within the vicinity, including of course Disney.
Disneyworld’s main gate is situated only 10 minutes away providing you with the holiday experience of a lifetime for all ages. Accessed by either the I4 (preferred route) or the US27 and 192 you’ll find an unforgettable experience just waiting for you to enjoy.
Downtown Disney and International Drive are only a short drive away. Here you find yourself surrounded by a vast array of restaurants and shops for you to explore.
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, Gatorland, Seaworld, Waterparks,Discovery Cove, Titanic Museum, LegoLand are all within easy reach.
If shopping’s your thing, or indeed if you have time, the Malls and Outlets are only a few miles away. A Publix supermarket can be found within a mile and Wallmart is situated on the US27.
Kennedy Space center, Busch Gardens are easily accessible, as are Daytona beach and many other beautiful coastal destinations.
