As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a gorgeously furnished and bright living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable, relaxing sitting area after a long day exploring the city.
The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.
The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including a double bed and two single ones in respective rooms, all fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

At the foot of the Sintra mountains and very close to the sea, Colares is delightful and has long been a popular summer resort.
Colares is also a demarcated wine-growing region, producing the trendy and increasingly rare Colares wine, which can be tasted at the Adega Regional, in a magnificent building in the town centre.
Right next to it is the tram station which links Sintra with Praia das Maçãs in the summer months.
In the environs of Colares are the beaches of Praia das Maças, Praia Grande and Adraga, and the typical village of Azenhas do Mar, with its whitewashed houses inset on a cliff.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
