Positive: There were some pros: The house was clean and it looked lovely and it's in a good location. Having a dishwasher is a game changer.

Negative: We stayed for 4 days and the first thing we noticed is that the WiFi does not work past the living room, it's one router for the whole building. The water pressure in the shower was really low. One of the ACs was not working properly (bedroom). If you intend to use the kitchen you might face some power outages in the apartment due to power overload. The stove consumes a lot of power so you can't use it simultaneously with the AC or the oven, or anything for that matter. We stayed without electricity for 4 hours with our seasoned stake at hand trying to figure out the electricity issue... To be fair to them, they sent someone called Jonas to come fix the issue while simultaneously trying to guide us through it with messages to see if we can fix it ourselves. Ultimately we did, by that time our whole plans for the day were ruined... I think if you're staying for a day or 2 and you're not planning on cooking you'll have a great time but if you're staying longer and looking forward to using the kitchen then you should consider using one appliance at a time.
