Spend the whole day in the heated private pool, on the kayaks, fishing from the dock, or on the couch enjoying the water views. Pool faces North, there is sun all day long. Boaters can bring their boat, property has direct Gulf-access. Brand new dock on the saltwater canal, perfect for watching the sunset or launching the included kayaks. New underwater lights in the canal illuminate all underwater life at night time. HUGE tarpon and snook are a common sight. No hidden fees for running the pool heating or per person surcharges! Our home is a spacious duplex/villa with its own private pool (each side has their own pool). Only shared space is driveway and dock area (we have right side). It’s located in a great area, on a very quiet street with no neighbors across the water. Less than a mile to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. BBQ onsite for grilling and outdoor solar powered bluetooth speakers for entertaining. Several Golf courses within 5 mile radius.
