This beautiful vacation villa is located in a quiet yet central area in southwest Cape Coral. It offers enough space for 6 people on 2090 sqft and enchants with its charm. The interior is bright and contemporary style. Only high-quality tiled floors have been laid throughout the villa. The view of the heated pool with spar and the green surroundings, including palm trees, gives you that holiday feeling at all times.
The outdoor area invites you to relax. This is surrounded by plants and palm trees, which provide privacy. The spacious pool, the lounge area and the comfortable sun loungers offer enough space to relax. The large triple sliding doors can be easily opened to the terrace to complement the open room concept. The covered terrace area with gas grill gives you the opportunity to spend cozy BBQ evenings outdoors. The whole villa is equipped with lights in the outdoor area, these can be switched on and off as you wish.
Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom with king size bed has an en-suite bathroom with oversized shower, separate toilet area and has direct access to the pool area. Another king size bed is in the 2nd bedroom, the third bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV with HDMI connection and an additional fan. The living area is open plan. This consists of a cozy TV corner with a large leather couch, a 65-inch TV with HDMI connection and the dining area, which borders the open kitchen. There is room for the whole family at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils. The kitchen bar is perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack in between.
2 beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella are provided.
The location of this villa is fantastic. Quiet, yet perfectly located for shopping and exploring. You can reach top shops such as Farmer Joe's or the Sun Splash Family Waterpark in just a few minutes.
