Summary: Very interesting place. We spent one morning just going around the building and reading about its history. The problem here is the expectations they create. This is not a luxury hotel with haute cuisine. It's a simple accommodation in a historic building, and if they had set my expectations accordingly I would probably leave a better review. It's worth visiting, the staff is nice and we enjoyed our time. Just don't expect a luxurious experience with exceptional food, because that's not what you'll get. Our bathroom had a leak, the shower head was tilted in a strange way, and there was a pistaccio shell on the floor of our suite's living room from the day we arrived until we left, despite daily cleaning.
