Positive: Beautiful building, gardens and spa. Amazing staff. We had a medical emergency and the staff were so kind and helpful. It made it so much less stressful. We are so grateful. The food in both restaurant and gastro bar was exceptional, in quality using local ingredients, paired wine tasting and value.
